Melissa Darby
Melissa Darby grew up in the small town of Atwater, Ca. She began writing poetry at the age of 15. Finding inspiration from heartbreak, love, music, and life. The free verse poetry that she discovered, helped her get through some of the toughest times. In, 2006 she had an urge to write a story. About a group of friends in high school. Based on the town and friends she grew up with. It was called, A Teenage Life published in 2007. A Grown Up Life, the sequel followed shortly after in 2009. Unfortunately, the publisher she went through never gave her an editor and was published in the original form.
After years of writers block and never being able to get past chapter 4 in every story. She decided it was time to re-write A Teenage Life & A Grown Up Life. Giving what the story deserved, an editor, and a new name. She is currently in the process of rewriting and will be done soon.
Just recently she published 4 poetry books. Never Had A Chance, The Girl, Numb, and Waiting For Me. Poetry going back to 2006. They are a reflection of her and hopes that her words can help someone.
“Love is rarely flawless,” Carter pointed out. “Humans delude themselves by thinking it has to be. It is the imperfection that makes love perfect.”

Samantha Drane
Canadian with a wicked sense of humor.
Mother, Wife, Writer,Whovian, and Gamer Girl are all hats she wears during the course of a day. Ever since she was young, she had always been very creative. She remembered her parents telling her that she made the most interesting stories up. She loved to write, and create little fictional worlds inside her mind that now that she thinks about it, would have made a wonderful book or two. She is the Author of Twist of Fate and Crimson Moon both released in 2012 and being released in 2013. She is busy on her next writing projects as well as a travel agent, which is her day job.

Ellie Potts
Somebody told Ellie Potts you had to be rich to be eccentric otherwise you were plain crazy. She set out to prove them wrong doing things she was told she couldn't do like dressing for pirate and renaissance faires, get her stories published, playing video games, planning to survive a zombie apocalypse, and other antics most women stay away from.
She is also a Whovian, Browncoat, Star Wars addict, and collector of arcane knowledge. Now she lives in California's Central Valley where most of her stories and books take place. Her and her husband are owned by their attack Bugg, and her two red eared slider turtle minions who live in the backyard.

Jennifer Brown
Jennifer Brown lives in Springfield Ohio, and has written since third grade. She was taught to read at an early age and fell in love with books, mainly mysteries. Her love of books grew, and in the summer before she started high school she wrote her longest story, halfway filling an old school notebook. In high school she started to enter writing contests, and in her junior and senior years joined the Herald staff becoming entertainment editor over her high school newspaper.
After graduating, with a few writing contest awards under her belt she attended college a year later, and was urged by her English instructor to join the college paper. She did, writing a few reviews of restaraunts and movies, as well as writing a review of her first Alanis Morissette concert. A few years later she was asked to take the position of entertainment editor.
At 37, Jennifer has written several stories and has many more in store for readers. When she is not writing she likes reading, working on computer graphics, editing photos, listening to music, and brainstorming for new ideas!
